            3. Dr. Condon and his associates of the UFO consultant
        group spent the morning of 20 February with XXXXXX The group was
        briefed on the subjects of photogeommetry and XXX measuration
        techniques, then conducted on a tour to observe various mensue-
        tion instruments in operation.

           6. The UFO Measuration Support project was closed with
        as thorouh an evaluation as the photographic prints permitted.
        No definite conclusion as to the authenticity of the image could
        be issued.
